Guarantee and Refund Policy:
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Quilts will be repaired
or exchanged at no cost. Not responsible for normal "wear and tear". Any non-custom
quilt may be returned or exchanged. Quilts are made of cotton and polyester materials
and like all untreated fabrics, may be flammable.
Purchasing
Information:
50% deposit required on all orders. Personal checks accepted. Allow 4 to
6 weeks for delivery. All quilts can be embroidered for $15.00 per name.
Quilts are sent via priority mail, please add $7.00 per quilt for shipping
and handling. All custom orders and special requests must be confirmed
via phone.
